Very light and low profile. Take your time sizing it. The connection from metal strap to case is somewhat rigid, but this is not an issue with careful sizing. You might want to resize the first time wearing during and active day. Perfect professional work watch for working in places that don't allow electronics. Well designed fit and finish. (As Side noted by another reviewer) - I agree that the hour and minute hands are in need of a different cutting edge design but .... overall this Skagen watch offers outstanding value for the money.

I've worn Skagen watches for years and every one of them received unsolicited compliments, esp one they no longer make. But my other two lasted probably average of 6 years. Batteries need replacing every 6 mo to 1 year but they keep time well although the second hand does not precisely align with the second tics on the watch face and to me that just yells cheap. In every other way--size, weight heft, comfort, awareness--it really feels super nice and I have no doubt I will get compliments on this one too. From experience I would not subject this or any other Skagen watch to heavy duty work. It will actually take it but the crystal will get scratched or in worse cases can be cracked. In fact, that's why I needed a new watch. I tried a cheap $30 casio--perfectly acceptable and a decent watch but just not for me. So there ya have it maties..hope this info serves ya well! ... show more

OK...I didn't expect to receive a high-end watch, but I was hoping to receive one that did not have any noticeable flaws. Skagen watches are truly eye-catching and can be had art a very reasonable cost. However, their quality control over their products leaves a lot to be desired. The watch I received had noticeable tiny air pockets in the "crystal" which detracted from its looks. I am returning it and mulling over the possibility of taking a chance and ordering another one and hope that it comes without cosmetic flaws. I'll have to think about it and consider other makes before making a final decision. ... show more

I have owned several Skagen watches and have always liked the way they look and feel. With this particular watch it is very difficult to read the time. The hands on the face of this watch are not nearly as visible as the product photo appear to show. I will probably keep this watch due to the discount price I paid, but I guess it's true that you get what you pay for. ... show more
