Love it. It's quiet so I can work when others are asleep. I read through the instructions, set it up and off I went. How easy. If you are thinking that it will be complicated, don't worry at all. I purchased it because I was having trouble cranking it through. The only problem is that sometimes a die may need to go through twice depending on the cardstock used or the die is really intricate or the die is inferior. But, no biggie because it's easy to run it through again or simply reverse the machine. I'm so very glad I have it and just in time for Christmas cards and tag season. ... show more

I have used my machine for 2 months and wore out my original cutting plates. They were the big ones that came with it. My only disappointment is that the cutting plates start warping after the first few cuts. I tried the hot water in the sink with a pan of hot water on top of it and that helped a little, but as soon as you start cutting again the cutting plate warps. I bought some new plates that were small ones and they too are doing the same thing, not as bad as the big ones though. ... show more

I purchased this machine in September 2023 and in January 2024, it shut down while embossing a piece of cardstock. The machine won't turn on and has my embossing folder locked in so that I can't remove it. It has taken weeks for the company to respond to my complaint and just informed me that they will not replace it because the folder is not their product, even though I used the exact same embossing folder several times before the machine shut down. So buyer beware - apparently you can only use Sizzix brand products in this machine. It is a piece of expensive junk. ... show more

I make lots of cards. This machine works like a champs and cuts out even the most detailed die. This is what I wanted, and the machine delivered. I wish the plates that you sandwich the paper and die between would stay flat, but I don't know how that could be achieved.

THIS PRODUCT IS AN UGRADE FROM MY ORIGINAL BIG SHOT. DIDN'T WORK AN ENTIRE YEAR BEFORE SOMETHING WENT WRONG. IT HAS A 3 YEAR WARRENTY ON IT BUT CAN'T GET SIZZIX TO GET ME AN ANSWER ABOUT FIXING OR REPLACING.
