I’ve owned several Silhouette machines, but this Pro version makes everything so much easier, faster, and quieter. It’s truly my favorite from the brand. This vinyl cutter is great. I have been using it to create vinyl for advertising a business on our company vehicles and it is awesome. The software is easy to use and the cutter is top notch. I ordered the stand for it which I recommend if you want to use roll vinyl, makes it so much easier. Would recommend for anyone wanting a nice professional cutter at a great price.

When I got the cutter it was nice to see it was well packed and did seem like a well built machine, but there were issues. First off, the printer would not connect to bluetooth and after contacting support they told me to flip over the machine remove the bluetooth dongle, insert it back in and try again. Still did not work, so searched online and found out there is an issue with their software and bluetooth connectivity. I wish I would have known this before I bought the machine and support should have said something instead of telling me to do something that was not going to work. So I had to order a printer cable since they are also using an ancient connection type to your computer. Next problem was cutting! It was fine the first four cuts, but the 5th cut which was 19in wide by 84in long turned out to be a problem. The guides do not work properly and eventually the vinyl gets skewed, jam the cutter, and destroy the vinyl. I then adjusted the rollers a little to see if I could get it to work, but at about 80% through the 6th cut it did the same thing. This machine destroyed almost 16ft of expensive metallic vinyl. The was the last problem I was having and sent it back.

Very nice cutter enjoy the larger size for doing larger projects. The silhouette cameo is easy to setup and navigate for designs with a easy to follow along app for use.

I am giving it a 4 only because I spent the entire day trying to use this machine for my business. It was difficult getting support, and the videos were not detailed enough. I just could not get it to cut, not one label. I use Cricut, so I'm not completely new to this type of thing. I don't know if it was me or the machine itself, but I followed the videos step by step. Another issue I had is it did not come with any instructions inside the box. I might have been able to use it had it come with a printed instruction book. I'm a school teacher, so I do know how to read and follow instructions. Sorry for the low rating, it could be me but I cannot say either way because there were not instructions,
