It works good only thing is the metal size piece come undone in the middle of crimping, so I have to unplug it and use a glove to re insert the piece (came out at least twice times) other then that, it's worth the money for a crimper!

Love that I can change the plates. I’ve only used one plate [crimper] so far, but it has been easy to figure out and use. Gave my hair a ton of volume. Didn’t last all day, but I also didn’t use product and my hair was freshly washed.

I opened the crimper in the hope to use it. When attempting to put the smallest crimp plate, it would not slide down easily (I figured it was just because it was new so I pushed it down) and it will not come off for me to use the other plates. It seems like the opening on the bottom of the smallest plate was too small?? I don't understand why it is stuck. I have attempted to get the plate off for two days now and it is not budging. It is stuck and nothing I do will get it to come off. Highly disappointed 😞 ... show more
