My husband and I have been using Six Star Pre-Workout for about a year or so now, and it has quickly become our go-to pre-workout. My husband is a gym rat - 6'3" and 215lbs - and works out every single day, sometimes twice a day. He takes pre-workout before every session, and I also prefer to take it when I workout, although not as often as he does. Because of this, we go through pre-workout quickly, and finding an affordable option that delivers results without sacrificing taste has been a challenge. We used to take C4 and other popular brands, but the prices have become increasingly expensive over the past few years. We tried several cheaper alternatives, but most had terrible flavors that we couldn’t stomach for long. Some were also either too weak or too strong in terms of energy boosts, making it hard to find the right balance. Then we discovered Six Star Pre-Workout, and we were pleasantly surprised! Not only is it affordable, but the flavor is also great. We started with the icy rocket freeze flavor, which we loved, and recently tried the fruit punch flavor - it’s just as good. The taste is smooth and enjoyable, not overly sweet or artificial like some others we’ve tried. More importantly, the energy boost is perfect for both of us. It gives us just the right amount of focus and intensity to power through our workouts without feeling jittery or crashing afterward. With 3.2g of Beta-Alanine and 320mg of caffeine, it packs a punch without being overwhelming. As long as the formula stays consistent and the price remains low, we will definitely keep buying this pre-workout. If you’re looking for a pre-workout that’s affordable, effective, and tastes great, I highly recommend giving Six Star a try. We’ve been happy with both the icy rocket freeze and fruit punch flavors, and we might try the pink lemonade next!

I have tried to quite a few different pre-workouts ranging in cost from affordable ones like these, and the ones that are over $40, and I can't say I really noticed a huge difference between them. I don't take pre-workout every single time I work out, I save it for when I need it, that way it will always be effective. This one contains 320 mg of caffeine, but if you're sensitive the caffeine, you might want to cut the dose in half. It does only require one scoop, and one scoop is good for 6 oz of water. The flavor is decent, I have no complaints with it. It also contains 3.2 g of beta alanine, 3 g of L-citrulline, and 1812 mg of electrolyte matrix. So overall it does work for energy, I also noticed better focus when I'm using it, it tastes decent, and it mixes fine.

Really good pre. Does give you the pins and needles so if you don’t want that I suggest you do not purchase. My energy is through the roof, mixes well with water and tastes good. I usually take it about 10 mins before my work out because it hits pretty quick and it does last throughout my workout which is about an hour and a half. My go to and I will continue to purchase.
