So far so good. Assembly Instructions are a little lacking (they should employ and English translator). Put it together, charged until 100%. Took it out on a ride for 3 miles and the battery stayed at 100%. It rides nicely enough for trails and roads. A little uncomfortable but hey it's a mountain bike. Seems to be fairly well built. I'm 6'3" and it fits well enough. Good acceleration and you can toggle through the power settings while riding. I have a fairly steep hill close and the bike maintained speed and power while climbing it. ... show more

I have had this bike since August. Last week it quit charging with no identifiable cause I didn't do anything differently with the bike I didn't experience an accident I didn't do anything that would cause it to just randomly quit charging and that's where it sits. It was my only form of transportation and now I am completely without and if you want to contact customer service good luck the number doesn't go out to anything on their web page and I can't find a number anywhere else on the web for their customer service. They advertise great product support try no product support. Like absolutely zero way to contact them except email. To me that's not great product support. Spent over $1,000 on this product and just a few months in and it doesn't work.. very unhappy very dissatisfied. Not to mention this product description is inaccurate In fact it flat out lies because it does not say the same thing as the user's manual. So I bought this product based on a lie. I also got the two-year protection plan on it and you think that after spending $95 for a protection plan did it would be easy to use no they're not even in the state I'm so upset I can barely see straight. ... show more

The battery stopped holding charge after 900 miles. So paid roughly $1 per mile to ride this bike. On top of that, the battery is now too swollen to remove from the frame to attempt to replace, if a replacement battery even exists. There's very little documentation on this bike anywhere, and the only youtube videos are of people reviewing the bike, none addressing any issues that come with it. The brakes were also terrible and required constant adjustments. The power meter letting me know how much battery was remaining never worked. Always stuck at 100%, so I had to guess how much range I had at all times. Wouldn't recommend this bike to anybody. ... show more

I wanted to wait a couple of months before writing this review. The bike is working fine and doing everything I expected, the reason for the 3 stars is because I had to return 2 bikes that were delivered due to issues that were no fault of mine. The first 1st issue was due to an error code that would not go away and come to find out the code was related to a motor issue that could not be erased or fixed so I had to send it back, the 2nd issue was during assembly I noticed the frame near the front tire was completly broken (could have happened during delivery) but had to send it back. The third delivery time was a charm, it was a hassle putting the first 2 bikes together only to find issues and then having to reassemble, pack and have UPS come pick the bikes back up. The one plus is that AMAZON made the returns easy!! ... show more

The bike is pretty good actually. Hold a charge for long time. *The head light doesn't work on either bike. (I bought two bikes) they do 25 mph and the acceleration is good. Seat is uncomfortable but we are loving them so far. Would recommend.
