Not designed for warmth! I've yet to feel or see WARM rain. I'd recommend one size larger than normal so you can layer clothes for rain . Materials is lightweight and comes with SITKA quality. Not sure it's $300 for a rain jacket, but I own one. With GORETEX materials, it should keep you dry.

I was worried about fit like most Sitka Gear. This jacket is true to standard fit. Fits like the original Dew system. It’s very light weight and packable compared to the older system. Hood and Pit Zips well designed.
