I purchased the grey 8 seater L shaped Sectional modular. I’m very happy with this couch. It’s supportive, comfortable, and the color looks classy and luxurious. I had been searching for months before deciding on this one. I have never made an online purchase before so this was a very nerve-racking choice. Positive reviews and photos from other buyers really helped me feel confident about the purchase. One thing that surprised me was the packaging. Everything was very well put together, easy to read and packed nicley. I expected the couch to arrive in several separate boxes and segmented throughout the week, but it actually came all at once, which made me more excited I got my entire couch same day ! I’m very pleased with the quality and comfort. It have support so I can tell this wont sag over time but yet still comfy. Communication throughout the process was also great, I was alerted with tracking info and a text message the minute my package got sent. Cushions are soft, the bottom cushions are not connected to the couch so we will see how that lasts with kids and a dog. Love the look. Also wish the parts connected a little more securely… there’s 2 small connectors for each of the 3 parts. The ottoman “chaise” does not connect which I’m disappointed about. ... show more

I am very pleased with our new sofa. It is longer than our previous sofa and actually makes the room appear larger. I love the fabric and the (navy) color and the height of the seats. I needed help to assemble it but the person who handled the assembly had no problems. The directions were clear and concise. I think the sofa will hold up well with our family's use. Love it!! So glad we pulled the trigger on this purchase! There are so many similar options out there it was hard to decide. Someone wrote a rave review about Jane in Customer Serivce and that gave me comfort if we had any issues, this was a good company. Turns out we had a slight issue- they sent two of the same side arm cushions. Reached out to customer service, and it was Jane who responded and like the other review said-- she was wonderful! We had a response within one day and a replacement part within the week! The couch is firm where it feels quality but soft and squishy, where it feels comfortable. Exactly what i was looking for! The Ottoman storage is a nice bonus! The back cushions have velcro so you can keep them in place easily and the side arm chusions zipper into place which is nice too. The only thing i would change if i could is the ottoman tops are not attached. The tops have a bottom surface intended keep somewhat in place with the top of the ottoman surface, but they slide around a bit. Overall super, super happy and highly recommend! ... show more
