This stuff is amazing I use before I run, and I have no pain in my legs at all. Only downside is this stuff can heat up in the sun, but it does not hurt. Great I run a marathon a week, and couldn’t do without this.

I’m a BIG fan of K-Tape as it’s been extremely helpful in improving function and reducing pain with injuries or recovering from an injury. So, I suppose my expectations were quite high and I was excited about the KT Health Recover Cream. Sadly, I didn’t feel like any notable impact from using this cream. While you can smell the menthol when you put it close to your nose, when applied, it doesn’t provide that cooling effect I’m used to with other similar products. Also, the consistency is a bit more like a lotion than a cream, so I’m not sure why they chose to use this sort of packaging. I’d also recommend providing all the ingredients in the listing. (I took a photo for those who want to know). It’s interesting that the “active” ingredients are lower in the ingredients list, which may be why I didn’t have the expected muscle & joint soreness relief Overall, I feel like it needs improvements to match the esteem of the brand.

My son is a high school, soon to be college, baseball pitcher. He has a steady routine for warming up to ensure he doesn't incur any injuries. He started using KT active warm up cream and KT recovery cream and said the results were amazing! He said "I get warmed up quicker and feel looser than I ever have before. I use KT recovery cream after every outing and my muscle soreness is gone. I used to wake up the next day with a sore shoulder and upper arm, but after using KT Recovery cream I wake up and my arm feels normal, like I didn't throw 7 innings the day before. KT active warm up cream and KT recovery cream are now essential to my overall routine. I will continue to use KT active warm up cream, along with KT recovery cream, through the end of my high school season and will be sharing it with my team when I start my college career." I have heard a lot about this brands product line. Many reviews have been positive. So I was excited to give this a try. I’m not a fan of the consistency. It seemed like more of a lotion than a cream, which was a bit of a challenge to rub in. I did notice minimal relief from using the cream, I expected more though. This product would be kept on hand for me to use if in a pinch, but it will not be my “every day product”. I do wish however, the ingredients were listed on the container.

After a 3 set tennis match my muscles were so sore! I put this on and it was Amazing! It worked right away and helped relieve that soreness I was feeling. I love the menthol smell it gives you a burst of energy.
