I was looking for something to make little parfaits in the morning in this happen to come across my Amazon search. When I first got these, the lid was a little sticky and trying to get it off is quite hard but after the first initial time I got the lid off it was good to go from there. I like that it has a little shelf where I can put my granola and on the bottom I just put my Greek yogurt and it’s a great little snack to carry with me in the morning since I’m always on the go. So I use this for my daughters cereal to take to school. I have the milk at the bottom and her cereal sits in the top portion. The separate portions works great for this however, the milk tends to leak if tipped over. Other than this, I think this is a good item for the price.

Neither of us bothered using the included spoon, but it's a nice option if you don't have any other options.
