I am guessing that I might be one of about three people who would consider this for this purpose, but to those other two, this review is for you. I have gotten into the hobby of pinning and photographing insects, some of which I order online. These often come dried and in unfavorable positions (legs curled up, wings closed, etc.). In order to pose these, insects need to be rehydrated in a high humidity environment but not actually get wet because that will encourage mold growth. With this, I can poke holes in the sandwich part and put wet cotton balls on the bottom, increasing the humidity but keeping the insects from getting wet. The waterproof sealing keeps the humidity up. This works wonderfully. I hope the two of you who are looking for a similar solution like this appreciate this review. ... show more

I didn’t not get the minty teal like said in description but did get purple which is even better ! Also love the size and think it is very cute and sturdy ! Looks exactly as it should! Can’t wait to use it !

Hefty salad in the bottom and sandwich on the top. At lunchtime I remove the sandwich tray, add the dressing to the salad, replace the lid, and shake! Easy way to dress the salad!!

You can remove the sandwich holder and have a much larger salad which is great. You cannot use this for soup. I tried it with water and it will leak. I was slightly disappointed with the price. It was far less at the grocery store but they only had bright pink.
