Product lasted less than 5 months then and the motherboard has gone bad. Have tried to get fixed and resolved with the supplier but they are of no help. Shame of such poor customer service and f product quality. Would not recommend anyone buy this brand

Love the concept. My son loves to ride it and it goes pretty fast with the seat attached. CON: the STRAPS!!!! Like wtf they couldn’t have been 2 inches longer so they actually stay attached. Literally having to stop and re attach them even couple minutes. That’s why only 4 stars instead of 5. I ordered new ones and hoping it fixes it. ... show more

My grandson is going ninety to nothing on this scoot. He did learn that if you ignore the “Low battery” beep, you get to push it home!!! 🤣 It was easily assembled and works well.

We bought two for our kids, one stopped charging right away and now the other isn’t charging? I’m in the process of returning the first one. The battery blinks red but never charger. Does anyone else have this problem???? I want them to work so bad they’re so awesome otherwise!

For the first two months handled the kids light use indoors through the kitchen, family room and living room. About 6 weeks after Christmas one of the two motors got very glitchy and the kids stopped using it. Have reached out to seller for tips. Never heard anything back.
