Runs smoothly. Beautiful product. Unfortunately the battery time on it seems subpar. Did not receive any book, pamphlet, or instructions for it. This thing was awesome for 2 months, then the battery failed to charge at all. Chinese trash right here folks. Make it look like it's top notch but if the components suck and you can't use it then what good is it? Not to mention that they have no customer service. You can only email them and I have multiple times but never hear back from anyone. DON"T BUY IT. BUY ANOTHER BRAND ... show more

Reasonably priced hoverboard. It malfunctioned after a week or so where it was saying it was not charged fully so you couldn’t even stand on it. I contacted the seller and he was very quick to respond and had me do a reset on the machine. It worked immediately but he also said he was willing to return exchange if there were any issues.
