Had to take a star off because it was one of those items that appears it’s being sent from Amazon in the US but then ends up being shipped from Canada. So look closely at the seller information! It took 4 days longer than the original deliver by date which made it too late for my sons birthday. Very disappointed with that. The hoverboard itself seems to be sturdy and he was able to hop on right away and ride around on it. It seems well made and worked well. Got this for my son's 10th birthday! He just turned 11. It has been wonderful! He has loved it! Many many hours of use. Several wrecks. Lol I can only speak for our experience- but it has done everything it was supposed to! I understand there can be defects in any product. Ours works perfectly!

Kids picked this up straight away; they love it. My only complaint is when you step off it goes into a violent death spin and has got major scuff marks on it from this! Not to mention if it hits your ankles during this spin, it hurts!
