These hoverboards are great! Durable and easy to operate. Purchased two for my twin boys (age 9) and they love them. Learning curve was about 10 minutes and they were off and running. Wheels and hoverboard light up very bright. Had a few issues, first an incorrect color was sent and then one was defective, but the seller was top notch! Responded very quickly and helped me every step of the way with returns and replacements. Our daughter begged for a hoverboard for her 6th birthday. So we ordered this and bought a Jetson seat attachment for safety and indoor use. She loves it! I do feel like battery usage is better if she rides it (48lbs) vs me (169lbs) I was having to ride it with her to teach her and it would last about 25-30 minutes. Now that she knows how to operate she hasn't had to charge it in a few days... I guess momma needs to lay off the chips and salsa 😂 🤷♀️ ... show more

Bought this for my 7-year-old grandson for Christmas. He was thrilled with it! Learned to ride it in 5 minutes and now runs all over the house on it - backward and forward! It’s well built and rechargeable - also lights up. A bit pricey, but it’s worth it to see my grandson having such a great time.

We first bought a hoverboard from same company SIGISAD, slightly less fancy one. Wouldn't hold a charge and had to return it. Upgraded to this one since it looks a bit cooler and it's been outstanding. Holds a charge, looks fantastic and granddaughter loves it!

We ordered two of these for our 8 and 5 year old children. I'm amazed how quickly they learned to use these! Much quicker than me ;) The devices seem to work well, hold battery charge (we only charge over night and try to run them until they're dead before re-charging). The bluetooth feature is fun too! We did have one issue with one of the devices. It unexpectedly turned off while my 8 year old was riding it causing her to take a hard fall since the wheels unlock and it becomes completely unstable. I contacted the seller (lemongreen) and they got back to me right away. They recommended resetting (re-balancing) which we did and had no further issues, but they suggested returning for a full refund instead. I thought this was a very generous offer since I was outside of the return window even though the device had only been in use for a few days (bought several months before as a birthday gift). They promptly sent me a return label and initiated the refund as soon as the tracking indicated the package had been picked up. I believe others have reported terrible customer service with this seller, but my experience was the complete opposite. They were so easy to work with and responded very quickly!! ... show more
