The media could not be loaded. This is an excellent little scooter I mean it moves gets you where you need to go I'm the only bad part and it didn't even bad I mean it's like I had to do it you know I had kept having to retighten the screws so I lost a couple of them but I replaced them with some different screws which work and I put some lock tight in there and it totally just did the job so yeah excellent little scooter on the street cruise is about 20 to 22 mph. but another little bad thing is just when you're going up in incline it loses power real quick which is you know kind of funky I mean not real quick but you just loses power it doesn't have that much power as far as going up an incline/ now I changed my rating cause it lasted 4 months and I get an error code 30 and it cuts in and out and takes off all on its own.. almost got me hit by a car ....cuts in and out... Not a good thing. I don't know what error code 30 is and the wrench in the corner. Amazon doesn't seem to wanna help me.

This electric scooter was well-packaged, and it arrived in excellent condition. It weighs approximately 36 pounds and has a solid construction. Assembly took about 10 minutes and was very straightforward. After fully charging it, I took it for the first ride. It was a lot of fun! I got all the major features of this scooter, but some key features got me really excited: Very fast - up to 19 miles per hour. I love the display screen; it shows speed, battery level, lights, Bluetooth, and other functions, which is very useful. The 10-inch inflatable tires provide a comfortable ride. Cruise control is handy; you don't have to keep holding the throttle all the time. Both front and rear lights are useful. The underglow lights are also beneficial, especially when riding at night; the scooter feels safe. So far, I haven't found any flaws. Highly recommended!

This has been a wonderful experience for my 12 year old grandson overall... but it was so sad when the scooter quit working. I reached out to customer service for help and though it did take a few tries in email response to get the correct support team. The customer service was AWESOME!!!! I give them a 5 star rating along with the 5 stars for the scooter. Thank you, Customer Service! They made all the difference.

This is my second review of this product, and it's not really addressed to consumers it's addressed to Amazon. I was dumb enough to buy this product twice and it has been a major 'Rabbit Hole" experience. The 1st product failing at 53 miles the 2nd product failing at 800 feet (smell burning wires) . I think Amazon really needs to research this company and their books to find out how bad there products are. They have no basic understanding of common business practices over the internet or dealing with customers. Your sale is passed from hand to hand so your dealing with different people all the time and they of coarse want to start all over at the beginning, with invoices and numbers and complaints they want videos, In my case it was a $15 part. Customer service agrees they have a defective throttle part that tons of people need fixed? But they still send out new equipment knowing that , sale has the defective part on it. ( Insanity) They will refuse to answer your call but start a text message session with obscure English dialog where you can tell they don't really know or understand common terms used in business practice. These people need a major wake up call , either that or get off the web selling there burnt wire time bombs

I like how fast it is, in fast mode mine goes all the way up to 19mph, trust me which is very fast. The build quality off the scooter is fantastic, like i rode it on road all the way too the precinct also the chincoteague National wildlife refuge. Put the scooter in the trunk of the car when you going out, and then take it out to gallop on the open road. What a wonderful journey! Plus the tires are so solid which I love they grip the pavements and roads no problem I don’t even have too worry about them going flat or getting punches because they will not. In short, with this scooter, travel and going out are very convenient!

So I got 2 of these scooters for my kids for Christmas 2023. It finally warmed up in KY so they could ride them. They worked great for about 3-4 months and now they will not run. They are fully charged and will turn on, but when you push them to get started they just sit there. I have tried contacting the seller and get no response. It is out of the 180day window for Amazon to help. I even got the extended warranty and I am told that I have to contact the seller since the manufacture warranty is still valid. The phone numbers that you get on the SISIGAD website is for someone named Nicholas, not the company. I will update this if I ever get a reply from the company. As of right now DO NOT BUY Edit: I was finally able to get the parts to fix the scooters. They are working great now and the kids are happy.
