I got all the major features of this scooter, but some key features got me really excited: Very fast - up to 19 miles per hour. I love the display screen; it shows speed, battery level, lights, Bluetooth, and other functions, which is very useful. The 10-inch inflatable tires provide a comfortable ride. Cruise control is handy; you don't have to keep holding the throttle all the time. Both front and rear lights are useful. This is a nice product. It Nice and sturdy. The only two downsides for me was. When I first got it, I charge it and couldn't figure out why it would not turn on. I still had the charger plugged in. I am so disappointed. Ordered this scooter for my college-aged daughter and was excited to provide her with a quick mode of transportation to get around campus and to places not too far away from campus. She got it was very excited. She used it the first time and loved it. Wasn't 100% sure about the power, but was so excited she said it was going to be great. The next few rides seemed less powerful as the top speed was only aound eleven to thirteen mph. If pushed, sometimes it would get up to 15 or 16 mph. But this speed would quickly diminish, even on a flat smooth surface. She recharged it even though it didn't seem to be low on battery and tried it again with the same outcome. We all were really hoping that maybe it was just a glitch and it would get better but after a couple of weeks we have finally decided we have to let it go and try find a replacement. Again, it is very disappointing as I searched and searched and searched trying to find the best thing for the price that I could and thought I had it. I did see others had said similar things about the power but we had thought perhaps people were just too picky because there were other reviews that seemed positive. Anyway, hoping for better luck next time and wanting to encourage buyers to beware. ... show more

I don’t really see any problem to the scooter, works pretty good, it has a good range and a good speed, the brakes they really work pretty good, I mean it’s very comfortable to drive. The battery it’s great, I’ve driving for 5-8 miles and in top speed (13-15 mph) and didn’t have issues. Easy installation and charging time it’s like 8hrs but meh, I leave it all night, and I don’t ride to far to waste all the battery in one trip. ... show more

I have three grandchildren that I need to entertain when they were at my house. I bought each of them one. From 8 to 15 yrs old. The product was quality, easy to put together and sturdy. These boys rode them hard. (They all ride motocross) These scooters stood up to the jumps, cracks in the pavement And uneven gravel. We took long, enjoyable, sightseeing rides. The tires are larger and created great balance. But again, I’m just Grama. But I didn’t have to take them for repairs after the kids were finished playing & riding them. The media could not be loaded. Update. Today exactly 2 weeks later I get an email back from the company asking for info I already sent to try to help me. A whole 2 weeks. Thank God amazon stepped in to help me. I also tried to get help from this company via there chat option on the web and for hours no would would answer the chat. Also no phone number available. This company is horrid. Buy at your own risk cause they won't or don't care. Purchased 2 for my husband and adult son to use at the drag strip this summer. We live in northern utah so we used 1 time and then had to put up due to snow. Boys took them to Cali and my husband's worked but my son's won't turn on. Both are fully charged. Extremely disappointing and we are out of the time period to return thru Amazon. Expensive xmas presents for not to last after 1 use. I have email the company with no response yet.
