  • Get the film look! Get the film look!
Size: EF-M Mount
Pretty great cinematic look! Only downside is that you have to manually edit the footage to not be stretched later but that’s common with anamorphic lenses. It’s also very heavy but that’s how I know it’s built well!! Great lens for a starter filmmaker.

  • Nice quality
Size: E Mount
So far I’m really liking the lens quality and that “home” movie feel like you see in a Hallmark movie The construction is great… I’m guessing it’s a steel body… does have some “weight” to it for a prime lens. I’m looking forward to buy the 50mm etc.

  • Affordable anamorphic lens
Size: E Mount
These lenses from Sirui are a great value for the money, and are solidly built. Image quality is terrific and they are quite sharp. I’m using a Sony a6500 camera body. The only weird thing I noticed is that if I manually set the color balance to daylight, the images seem to be extremely yellow. The 24 or 50 mm anamorphic don’t have this problem, but the 75 mm did. It’s so strange because looking visually through the lens, there’s absolutely no color tent or bias between all three of them. It might just be a thing with my camera. But placing the camera into auto white balance mode completely eliminated the problem. I suspect it might be just a weird anomaly with the camera software. I haven’t heard of anybody else having this problem, but it was easily correctable by just switching to the automatic white balance mode. ... show more

  • Quality lens.
Size: MFT Mount
For those that know this brand, they know this is an inexpensive, yet quality product that produces results that were unheard of at this price point. This was the last lens I needed to complete my set and now everything can have that same look across the board.

  • Very poor quality. Broke only after 2 years.
Size: MFT Mount
The lens internal seal peeled off, making it unusable. I have been shooting phtography for 40 years and filming for 25. I have used Nikon, Canon, Minolta, Sigma, Mamiya, Hasselblad, Zeiss, and lots of German technical lenses, and I have never seen such poor quality in my life. It's a nice lens, actually, but I am noit spending hours trying to fix now. There is no Sirui support in the U.S. Buy know brands with a warranty - like Nikon. Never, ever had a problem with a Nikkor lens. ... show more
