  • The CNC end mill spiral bit excellent for cutting Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS), Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate Foam (EVA), Polvurethane Foam, Polyethylene Foam, Wood can be processed, but it is not strongly recommended. If used for processing wood, the depth of each processing should not exceed 1/4 inch. For example, when processing 1 inch deep wood, it is divided into 4-5 processing steps.
  • Spiral bits used for smoothly upcut groove and slots, Plunge Mortises, Cycles and dado with clean edge and bottom, better than straight bits, Provides deeper cuts and larger slices with fewer passes in thick materials resulting in improved productivity and less assembly.
  • Spiral upcut bits used for side milling, end milling, finish machining, etc. End Mill Bits can smoothly upcut groove and slots, Mortises, Cycles and dados with clean edge and bottom, better than straight bits, The up-cut spiral ejects chips away from the work-piece.

The media could not be loaded. bit worked awesome for cutting out holes that were 1.5" deep with a jasper circle jig as long as you didnt cut more than a 1/4 inch at a time, even then it had a little bit of chatter. TGATS TO BE EXPECTED WITH A BIT THIS LENGTH. used it to cut out my 2 port holes and 2 subwoofer holes.
