My dog is an escape artist and strong, can this be used for him? Absolutely! Anchor the kennel with 8 inch stakes or expansion screw brackets, even a strong dog can not knock it over. Additionally, one latch won't be enough for an escape artist so we provided two for you. Is the 5'x5'x5' kennel suitable for Toy/Miniature dogs? The 5'x5'x5' kennel might be a bit large for toy/miniature dogs, actually it can house several puppies. This answer would depend on the living space you want to provide for your furbaby. Is 8'x4'x6' kennel large enough for a giant dog? Such as great dane, doberman, etc. Yes this kennel is much larger than a crate but the small door may become unavailable. Pls measure dimensions beforehand and note that giant dogs may attempt to jump out of the kennel. We recommend reinforcing the roof to prevent this. Would an 8'x4'x6' kennel be big enough for two large dogs such as a cane corso and a labrador? This would work as we do it ourselves! The 8'x4'x6' kennel is big enough for two large dogs to lie down in but not enough room for them to play. Connecting two of our kennels would be better for them to play. Can this be used as a catio for cats? Could a cat get out or get stuck trying? Yes there is plenty of room for a cat tree, bed, and large litter box. Recommend using it for adult cats as kitties may get stuck trying (Add protection to the top and bottom is important to prevent the cat from escaping).
