My car is an 02 Civic, the original radio is a cassette player and radio. Nowadays, almost no one use cassettes, and they cannot be purchased. I have tried to buy cassettes that come with an AUX cable to connect to a mobile phone, but the sound quality was very poor. Although this machine does not have a CD function, it does have Bluetooth, USB and AUX sockets. Finally got the correct connector and antenna adapter to install this so I could check the interface, and the interface sucks. Clock displays the time only when the radio is off, and when the radio is on and you want to see the time, you have to push the clock button (hands off the wheel, eh) to see the time for a couple of seconds, then it shows the radio station again. I do not need to see the radio station constantly. It should be the other way around, where the clock shows but you can briefly check the radio station, or just display both and make better use of screen space. OH, edited to add: after dark it becomes much more noticeable that this stupid thing cycles through different color lights on the buttons, complete with blinky flourishes. You can't turn it to a solid color, as far as I can tell from the manual. A car radio should not be an obnoxious visual distraction. I hate this thing so much and I'm angry with myself for not installing it before the return window was up. Also a very dim display and I don't see any way to adjust it. Not sure if it would adjust along with the rest of my dash lights or not. Can barely see in full sunlight.

Pretty straight forward install. Works just fine, it's not a top of the line expensive stereo but for the price, it does exactly what it should.

Fairly straightforward to install and mounted with good fit and finish. Sound is great and the remote is very convenient to use. The phone charger port is convenient and works well.

This radio broke 3 days after being installed. Worked fine and after a few days just turned off n won’t turn back on. Don’t buy!!!

Lights up really well and has a great display. Easy to install and looks sleek and smooth once installed. I love that it comes with a remote and you don't have to reach for the buttons on the interface, you can just grab the remote and push a simple button to flip through channels. So far it works great.

Does it play? Yes. Will it last? I highly doubt it. Parts are made from very thin cheap plastic. The little door over the USB ports won't latch, and I'll probably just snap it off myself to get rid of it. If you need a very inexpensive, low power head unit it could work, but I'd pay a few more bucks to get a cheap one from a name brand.
