Update.. since the product didn't work and i made a review about it, they contacted me and basically tried to bribe me to change my review. Not good business practices and i warn anyone about their products Besides outta being made really cheaply, it came on but no sound is coming out at all.. not worth the hassle ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my 1982 Mercedes 240D, a vehicle defiently NOT designed for a radio like this, after a good 2 hours of yelling, screaming, and debating my fire insurance, I had it all hooked up! Sound quality is great! Still learning the controls but it's fairly user friendly. My ONLY COMPLAINT is that it doesn't save anything (no memory setting? Memory wiring?) So at 5AM I get flash banged by the radio being at half mast and blaring a random station that's usually just white noise mixed with demonic chanting I have not wired in the back up camera yet, but I will leave a review regarding that as well, as of now, id highly recommend this, not even 100$ and it does everything it says!! ... show more

This is one of the few available 1 din units with Android auto/ car play with a 1 din screen. This is a great little unit considering the price. If you keep that in mind, you will be happy with it as long as you don't expect the same performance of a $1000 unit that is. I had problems with the first unit sent but the seller was quick to help me and send another unit that works flawlessly, For my small summer weekend car, that little unit fits the bill perfectly ... show more

    • Audio is low power! Nothing functions in CarPlay mode. Unit freezes in phone.
Definitely completely dissatisfied with this radio! Wanted to purchase this radio because of the CarPlay function. After installation radio was very flaky. Would randomly connect and disconnect from CarPlay. Would also get stuck on the phone screen and had to unplug it to get it to reset. Once connected to CarPlay , you cannot access any functions in the radio such as equalizer. Equalizer function only operates in equalizer mode? Not in any other mode radio, aux, CarPlay, or otherwise? How are you supposed to adjust the equalizer without hearing it??? Phone function is a joke with no microphone volume control and a crappy mic that no one can hear you from. Make or Take a call and the unit stays in the phone menu and disconnect CarPlay? Power output audio is woefully inadequate claims 40 W per channel but I doubt this is even putting out 5 W per channel no bass output. Plugged in another car stereo to verify output sounded much better had had BASS. I have other CarPlay radios that are China made but this one takes the cake for lack of thought and a functional menus. Has a subwoofer output on the back that does not function. Contacted customer support only to get an AI generated answer??? Sending this unit back as it is totally useless. ... show more

This is more than I thought I would get for what I paid. It works, but has some quirks: 1) It can't process audio in carplay while navigating with Google Maps - audio clips and distorts horribly 2) Volume knob cuts out audio intermittently when turned - seems to be a processing issue, not a knob issue 3) Hand-free works, but picks up every noise. Pleased with the service. I had trouble with the original head unit. I quit working, but the seller contacted me when I brought it to their attention. They worked with me and sent a replacement unit with a larger screen. Thanks Christy for your help.

    • Radio doesn't work
The radio will only get three stations when there are over 12 in the area in can get on the old radio I took out. It also will play multiple stations over the top of each other on one frequency when they are on different frequency. Not a quality product at all the build is cheap and the touch screen is hard to use accurately. ... show more
