I was so enthused when I saw on Youtube how beautiful this serger constructs clothes. I'm new at serging but not to sewing. Serger came with all white threads and is set accordingly. Ready to use right out the box. I swapped the white thread for same color threads as tension dials in order to be able to identify the needle positions on the fabric.     • NO ONE TO HELP WITH THIS MACHINE

We had the machine for a few months and was only used twice, the machine simply stopped working, we thought it was the foot pedal, but after that was replaced, the pedal malfunction was ruled out.. I called the company and got the run around, I would have to send it out of state to Atlanta, because there isn't a warranty location in Florida, it was the weirdest customer service EVER, so I hung up to call back in hopes I get a reputable customer assistant only to get an outgoing message, " we are out to lunch call back in an hr" In the meantime, No Machine!! I'll keep calling but not sure I would ever get this machine again! ... show more

It took me about 30 minutes to thread but not due to instructions but difficulty getting my fat fingers to maneuver the thread in tight spaces. I serged low pile terry cloth towels right away and only had to make minor tension adjustments. It is what I hoped for and look forward to using it again soon. ... show more

Pros: wasn't broken when I got it, the machine itself has diagrams showing how to thread it, Manuel is online and easy to read, thread didn't get bunched up while serging. Cons: said it comes with extra needles and screwdriver.....it did not. No thread cutter (scissors did the job though)
