I am fairly new to sewing and embroidery, self taught. I have a Husqvarna Viking Designer Topaz 40 and didn't have any issues with this thread or bobbin. Colors are bright and vibrant and stitched out nice. I really like how the box transforms into storage. My design was larger than the stabilizer that is in this package, I haven't used it yet. It would be great for smaller 4×4 projects. I recommend this bundle if you are looking for a budget friendly option for thread that's colorful and user friendly.

I’m not usually one for reviews but since this has so few reviews I thought I would help it out. I’m new to embroidery and love my Madeira thread but was looking for something a little cheaper and that could get here a lot faster?? Got a smaller pack to try it out because I wasn’t sure I wanted to commit to the big pack if I wasn’t going to love it. I’m going to buy the big pack right now because I love this stuff!! I just did a almost 45,000 stitch project with only this thread and it stitched out beautifully with not a single thread break!!! I bought some DIME retro colors that were supposed to be great and I hate them. Could not stitch out more than a couple hundred stitches without having to re thread. This stuff is 100x better and I will keep buying over and over!!!

First of all, this is an amazing deal! The colors in the package are vibrant and just beautiful. They stitch very nicely on my embroidery machine, but they do seem a bit thinner than other brands. However, it is only noticeable when threading the needle. I didn’t realize the set also came with stabilizer, which Is not the best quality I’ve ever used, but it comes precut and is definitely usable. I can’t believe the great price! The names of the colors on the thread chart do not do a good job of describing the actual colors. I wish the thread had the lift off tops to store thread to keep it from unraveling, but it does come with a few nets. Overall a fantastic purchase when I think about how much I’ve spent on just one spool of thread in the past!

Beautiful colors and quick delivery time. Haven't used them yet, so can't comment on durability and sturdiness. If they prove to be good when used, it will be the best value I could imagine for threads like these for embroidery and free-motion quilting.

My grand daughter just started doing embroidery, this is her first project (kitchen towel). She loved the selection of colors that Simthread provided, did not experience any thread shredding or breaking. She also was delighted that the kit also came with the 100 pieces of tear away stabilizer, can't stop talking about this Simthread kit that included everything she needs to get started on more embroidery projects. This is an excellent product. Great value for the money. Kit includes 100 sheets of 8x8 stabilizer, extra bobbins, thread nets, color chart and STORAGE BOXES. Thread does not tangle, break or shred. Sew with the best. .. Simthread.
