I have purchased MANY spools of thread from Simthread. Lots of their color sets for the last 3 years, but this is the first time I've had such an issue. I ordered the 6 Silver embroidery threads - not metallic. When it arrived the little sticker on it said 'METALLIC SILVER' and the threads themselves as well.. Ok, no big deal. Someone probably just grabbed the wrong box. So I sent that back and asked for a replacement box. Got that today and the box itself says 'Silver Embroidery Thread' as well as the sticker but when I opened the box, low and behold MORE metallic thread. I've run out of chances to exchange for the correct thread, so I'm just getting my money back and ordering from a different company. 3 stars because they've always been good in the past, but when I need a color for my business, I would hope it wouldn't take 2 times to get right (or wrong in this case.) The quality has always been great, just be aware that you may run into mishaps like this. It's super frustrating to have to wait for thread to come and have it be wrong multiple times :/ ... show more
