I’m new at machine embroidery, but use an old machine. After having a lot of problems with my thread breaking, jamming up etc., I purchased black Simthread. What a difference! I used it on a Mickey Mouse tshirt and there was no problem whatsoever. I’m really impressed with the end result. It’s not perfect due to my inexperience with getting the thread tension right at first, but the Simthread performed as it should. I plan to buy more colors for future projects.

My Brother PE loves this thread. The large spool fits on the machine with having to use a stand alone thread stand. Fast shipping and are at quality. I would give this a 5 star but the spools I received are wound in reverse. For me to use this spools, I must place the spool with the large end towards the feed throat instead of the small end. Still works okay until you get close the the end of the spool, then you need to monitor it or it will jump and cause the thread to jam. Again, the quality and quantity are great for my Brother machine. Just wish they had been wound where the thread come off the spool on the small end.

I have the hardest time with black thread. Every single kind I have tried is not liked by any of my machines. I have a Brother, a Burnette, and a Babylock. This is the first brand that I have used that has not either snapped or shredded in any of my machines. I am so excited to see clean black stitches and not having to cuss two or three times each design. Love it and will not buy any other kind from now on.
