I learned the following by trial and error. Thread is very thin. It will jam in your machine if you don’t hold the thread tight to start sewing or chain stitch or use a starter patch. I also leave the needle in a starter patch Between projects. I had success with these adjustments.

    • FINALLY! An all black box of 90wt size A bobbins

I've been buying the ones that had a mixture of white and black, and I've probably got a year's supply of white built up here because I use the black more often than the white I've learned. I was tickled to find a half and half box but then just a day later I found these. I like the 90wt thread to give the embroidery a little extra loft. One of my machines (Janome Memory Craft 15000) prefers the 90wt thread and works better with it. My 12000 is happier with 60wt filament, but works well with the 90wt when I need the lift.
