  • ***ASSEMBLY PROBLEMS -- If the holes on Middle Brace do not line up with Support Brackets, please rotate the Right and/or Left Stand Frame two times so the small gap at the bottom of each Frame is facing towards the inside (not outside). Then slide each of the Support Brackets into that gap, allowing the holes to line up correctly. Please contact SimplyImagine with questions and we can guide you.
  • SMART NEXT-LEVEL TECHNOLOGY -- Comfortable rotating foam roller foot pad with wipe clean vinyl cover. Simply rest ankle on top of the foam pad, allowing user to distribute the majority of load on the floored leg, leading to a more effective split squat. The roller pad rotates as the user descends and ascends in Bulgarian split squats.
  • ADJUSTABLE LEVELS FOR ALL USERS -- 12 adjustable levels, separated by 1 inch, allows for a variety of user heights and abilities to perform with proper technique and posture. Simply pull knobs and adjust pad to desired level. The adjustable and rolling foam foot rest allows your foot to sit securely on its curve, rotating with the natural movement of your foot and ankle.
  • WELL BUILT, WELL DESIGNED -- Measures 24" W, 27" H, 23" D, 20 lbs when assembled. The sturdy design incorporates a one-piece tubular steel base with a heavy-duty encased foam covering. Durable steel tubing ensures this squat roller will stand up to years of use in a high-traffic facility. Instructions included to make setup 15 minutes or less, all necessary parts are provided.
  • BUILDING STRENGTH FOR FUTURE -- Perfect for working quads, glutes and hamstrings. A "must have" exercise within any athletes arnesal, this focuses on improving balance, flexibility & coordination. This exercise forces intense muscle work for the weight bearing leg, and focuses not only on the quads, hamstrings and glutes, but the core as well. Also useful for pushups with elevated feet.

  • I Hesitated To Buy These Because of the Negative Assembly Reviews, But They Are Unfounded
I had been searching for a low cost single leg squat roller for a while now. There were a few contenders in the <$100 range. One of those was this SimplyImagine version, which seemed very similarly designed to the Titan Fitness version, but for less money. Part of the reason I hesitated to buy this SI version is because of all the reviews saying the frame holes were drilled wrong and the unit couldn't be assembled. Then I saw a couple of reviews which attributed this to user, rather than manufacturing error. That pushed me over the edge, and I decided to take a chance, and purchased thus unit. It was easy to see why so many people had assembly issues; they didn't read the directions (I'm admittedly often guilty of this myself,) and assumed the uprights could go on either way. That is not the case. On one side of the upright pieces, there is an indentation on the top of the rail, while the other side is flat to the edge. All you have to do is make sure that the indented side is facing in, as that is where the small, diagonal support bracket rests. If you do that, you're home free. Assembly was really a breeze. Far as quality of the unit, I'd describe it as excellent. It isn't in the least but clunky or cheap feeling. Unlike something like say a squat rack, a squat roller is very limited in the weight it needs to be able support. I will say without hesitation, that this unit is manufactured for tolerances that feel well beyond the minimal requirements. I've purchased equipment in years past that has felt very unstable and clunky. I'm happy to say that wasn't the case with this unit. It feels very solid and doesn't rock from side to side as you move. It provides the stability I need for split-legged squats, decline pushups, or whatever else I decide to use it for. I'm super pleased with the feel of it. Next difference between the models that I noticed was the padding type. Some are just foam, with no cover, and this one has a leather-ish sort of cover surrounding the foam. I immediately knew I wanted the covered version, as uncovered foam is much harder to keep sanitary. It absorbs sweat and can't just be wiped clean with a rag. Again, the cover on this model feels sufficiently thick, smooth, and of good quality. It will also be a breeze to maintain and keep clean. All-in-all, I'm very pleased with the quality of this unit. I have one more area to compliment: great customer service (which can be a rarity these days. When my box arrived, it didn't look too healthy, to say the least. there were some holes and tears in the box, and someone had cut open the tape on the one side, leaving the unit exposed. Thankfully, when I inventoried the box, I was only missing a bolt and a couple of washers. I sent an e-mail to the manufacturer/seller (e-mail is listed right on the assembly instruction,) and he responded back within a surprisingly short time and very cheerfully said he'd send me the replacement parts right away, and that if I have any issues with installation, I could contact him and he would gladly assist. It's not every day that you see this kind of customer support, and I wanted to make sure to let people know that if you are missing a bolt or a washer, or you somehow find assembling the unit to be difficult, the manufacturer of this product will be there for you. I don't typically leave many reviews, unless a product experience either makes me needlessly angry and frustrated by unacceptably low quality or bad customer service, or the other less common extreme, of a high quality product that is backed by above-and-beyond customer service. This was definitely in the latter extreme, and I wanted to give credit where it is most definitely due. I can't thanks the company enough for: 1) being so quick and eager to replace my missing hardware and 2) show sincere concern for making sure my unit gets safely assembled in a timely manner. Definitely a well earned two thumbs up! ... show more

  • Good value but could be better
High quality, but be ware if you're a power athlete. It will rock if are doing heavy fast athletic style split squats. I have to place it against a wall and wedge a book on each side to prevent the tilt. Note, this would be better if everything was the same except their was an offset on the two arms. Literary just two holes on each side in a different position would do. I might drill them myself if I can find the time. I do love the adjustable height, very nice feature. Would buy again, just hope they update it for power athletes. ... show more

  • Not bad no problems really
Not bad, I followed the instructions and was careful about it so I had no issues with the assembly. I've done one set of bodyweight Bulgarians and it seemed sturdy and was fine. Only noticeable issues: Some rust. On the inner parts where it's hidden, but also on some of the nuts. As mentioned in a previous review, the lowest setting is kind of high for a lowest setting - About fine for me, at 6 feet tall. So yeah I'm not sure why they started there and went up, limiting the options for shorter people or lower settings for whatever reason you might want them. Also there are so many holes, it's hard to imagine I need that finely tuned of a height for this, but we'll see I guess. I got this for an allegedly discounted price, so maybe that had something to do with overall condition (like clearing older stock or something idk) I don't regret buying it at this point, kind of neutral though. ... show more

  • It's great except for 1 thing
This works great. Easy ish assembly. Only problem is that mine was drilled incorrectly. The manufacturer emails you and tells you to rotate this and that but it's nonsense and still did not work. So that being said, it still works just fine without those 2 bolts. I love it for Bulgarian split squats and push ups with elevated feet. Would not put a ton of weight on the pad just in case bc of the missing bolts so many don't lean on it like in a hip thrust but idk how big or brave you might be. ... show more

  • Sturdy and stable
Love this piece of exercise equipment. Use it everyday. Very stable on my carpeted floor and sturdy.

  • Good value but way too hard to assemble
I bought this because it was considerably cheaper than the other single leg squat stands. When I started to assemble it, I found out why. The instructions do not set you up for success at all. If you order this, DO NOT put the L-shape supports on before you put the roller pad on, trust me! Better instructions would’ve helped but eventually I got it figured out and assembled. Have two socket wrenches on hand, it will make your task much easier ... show more

  • Adjustable Height 👍
The media could not be loaded. Although there are other options to complete these “Split Squats,” this does make it much easier. Easy assembly and not too big to store. Great for exercise.

  • Sturdy piece of equipment
My only complaint was about the assembly. There are two different length bolts, that aren't very well detailed where they are to be used. The instructions list all the parts, but not where certain bolts go. Aside from that, the stand itself is extremely sturdy, yet light to maneuver. The pad adjustment can't be a bit tough to adjust. Definitely a good buy for the money. ... show more
