We love this coffeemaker. We have been trying to get plastic out of our kitchen and food and drinks wherever we can, especially where it's subjected to heat. We were so excited to finally find a plastic-free drip coffeemaker! It's pretty on the counter, feels solid, and makes very smooth great-tasting coffee. My water reservoir seems to be made of plastic, not glad as advertised! No plastic touches the water??? Very disappointed! I got it right before I left for a week, but will be contacting SimplyGoodCoffee when I get back! Made one pot of coffee...was good.
