Ordered a 60" unit, because I liked the 48" I currently had. The blower and heat motor was damaged and very noisy. The company would not send replacement part even though it was within 6 month warranty. I called Simplifire and found out they do not sell online, only through dealers and distances themselves from this seller. Buyer beware! ... show more
