The toilet is the perfect height we were looking for. I couldn't find it locally at the big box stores but I found it here and it was perfect. My wife has hip issues and really provided a solution for her needs. It's solid though it does seem to be a little loose where it attaches to tank but it functions well. It's slow to fill and it does have a different size fill valve outlet so hose connection is not your typical USA hose. DO NOT order this toilet. 1. It isn't a one piece toilet! It is marketed as such, but it's 2 pieces. 2. It is not a soft close lid. 3. The inside parts do not fit standard installation parts. The plumber had to adapt them. 4. The 2 parts of the toilet didn't fit together correctly so it's crooked. 4. All of this considered and my return request was denied. It comes with cheap plastic parts, and a tiny skinny wax ring, screws instead of bolts. The toilet itself seems decent, but you will have to buy all new hardware to install the toilet and a good wax ring, plus the toilet tank mechanisms.
