We now have several simple modern products. They are great. And if a person ever has any issues... Just contact the company and they will take care of you to the best of their ability. Their customer service is always a pleasure to deal with. Very reputable company One thing to note... If you get any liquid under the threads of the lid it will roll down the cup. Also make sure after the hot coffee is poured to double check the tightness of the lid. Sometimes the heat will cause the lid to back off a tad. Might help to keep the drinking hole uncovered while tightening it up. And if need be use a toothbrush or a small bottle brush to get to the areas of the lid that are close together to clean. Cup stays hot for a few hours after hot coffee is poured in.. and warm for about 6-8 hrs. We have even had our drink hole uncovered so as to let the hot air escape... And it still stays hot. Great product... We really enjoy our new cups! ... show more

i thought i had a reasonable set of criteria that needed to be met for a good travel coffee mug, but apparently it's difficult to hold a lot of coffee, actually keep it hot(or cold), be dishwasher safe, have a top you can drink straight from, and then not spill if it happens to be moving and less than perfectly vertical. this travel mug meets all of these and for that its a solid 5 stars. and in case it wasn't completely clear (which it wasn't for me), the opening is definitely meant to drink straight out of and not only meant for a straw. ... show more

I had the travel cup and loved how cold it kept my water, so I decided to try out this travel mug for my cocoa. Normally I drink from a mug and it stays warm enough. This cup keeps the heat of my coca for so long that I burned the FRICK out of my tongue by drinking it 30m after MAKING the cocoa. That's how good it is. I love that the top screws on so I don't worry about it popping off. Plus it came with two reusable straws, which I didn't even anticipate. The color is exactly as described. So for work i decides to buy a this one because the coffee thermus i had was not keeping my coffee warm. I love it. I like the design and the fact that i can keep my coffee warm for how ever long i need it, then also keep my water cold after. I also like that it comes with straws. This cup does not leak at all! I filled this mug with coffee and stuck it in the side pocket of my backpack for my walk to work (>15 minute walk) with ZERO spills. The coffee was still very hot when I got to work. As a bonus it fits in a car cup holder, comes with 2 straws, and is very chic looking.
