The unit was extremely easy to install and the instructions video was very clear on how to do it. You have the option of running the lines on either side of the unit by just removing a plastic tab, or, you also have the option of running the lines through the back of the unit so that the lines are not visible. Both the condenser and the inside until are extremely quiet, and the air comes out very cold. I have a container office of 20'x8', live in the waiting room of hell (very hot summers) and my office gets very cold. I had a few questions about the product so I contacted the seller and they answered my questions the same day. The unit does require you to pull a vacuum; so you either need to have the machine and know how to do it, or have an a/c tech do it for you. The electrical wire, copper lines, and plastic drain lines are included and are very long. I am very happy with this purchase, and I will be purchasing another one. ... show more

This AC unit was shipped on time and came in faster than expected. It was easy enough for my husband to install himself and it keeps his workshop cool even in the 100 degree heat. I really wish we have bought more of them.

    • Mini split Air conditioner/heater from Costway is a defective item. DONT PURCHASE THIS ITEM.

I purchased a mini split air conditioner/heater from Costway. The heating unit does not work. When you turn on the unit, it blows cool air and the heat never worked. The unit was defected and the Company is TERRIBLE. The description is very deceiving and I have not gotten a refund.

The product ordered was not delivered. What I got was Costway. I had it installed and it rea for a few hours and gave me a P3 code and quit cooling. I requested help from Costway and was assured that a technician would get back to me. It has been two weeks and no Technician has called. Do not uy this product. ... show more
