I pasted this on the cardboard box I used to raise my monitor. This item was pasted on the cardboard box (wrapped the box in this) to hide the ugliness & give my faux monitor stand an industrial shabby chic look. Inside the cardboard box is the power strip, power bricks, lots of ugly cables, mouse/keyboard wires, cat6 cable, RG 59, printer wire, F connector, and all that Caligula. This item is paper thin, delicate, tears easily, but sticks good & looks good. Delicate to handle & tends to tear at corners, have to be applied very, very carefully. I've bought this twice now and seriously can't recommend it enough. This contact paper is incredible quality and holds up great! It removes nice too, but definitely take your time to prevent damage to the surface underneath. You get a lot for the price too, which is very nice.

I have worked with wall paper as well as peel n stick for over 40 years. I found this, wanted to jazz up a boring stairwell heading to my basement and wanted a rustic look. I had ordered a cheaper paper, and returned it because it was just cheap looking, shiny and not realistic at all. This paper has transformed the stairwell. New light fixture, also ordered from Amazon, and I could not be more pleased. I used a window squeegee to help smooth it out and it was a pleasure to work with. Walls are not always level, so you have to use a level to be sure the lines don't go crooked, which sometimes results in gaps. But the paper is so forgiving, it was easy to patch here and there and I'm the only one who knows where those patches are. The ability to patch also saved me from having to buy an additional roll, so I do believe it was a great value. Thank you! ... show more
