I ONLY GAVE ONE STAR BECAUSE THERE WAS NOT A WAY TO GIVE ZERO STARS I bought this unit in May2023 and it did not work. I am still trying to return it and it is the end of August. I went all summer with no AC because of these people. They want me to pay the shipping to return it for a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The equipment if fairly easy to install if you already have the power connections set up. It took me and my father 4 hours to get it set. NOTICE. The equipment need to be pressurize with a vacuum pump. I had to pay someone to do this for me. In las Vegas the cheapest someone could do this for me was $150. ... show more

The outside unit was damaged in shipping. When trying to return the item I was instructed to ship it back to the supplier at my expense. This is my second of this same unit and they are basic but they work great. Would choose another supplier to purchase this product but would order again
