This unit puts out a decent amount of heat. I like the fact it has a remote control and a phone app. The unit is very quiet. In the setup I could not at first get the stove to pair with my phone. My phone knew my WiFi password and I assumed this was being passed to the Silonn app, but it was not. After I manually entered the password the heater paired with my phone. The unit was well packaged in foam and a sturdy box and arrived in perfect condition. The only mechanical setup is to install the legs and this was facilitated by the supplied special screw driver with a long shank and a magnetic tip to hold the screws. There was one bent piece of sheet metal on the metal box that contains the heating unit, but it is not visible from the front and does not affect operation. This was the only example of sloppy construction I noted. I have had the unit for less than a week so cannot comment on long term durability, but so far everything works. I have not tried to measure the temperature swings around the temperature I set with the remote or app., but I do like the fact that I can select any temperature I want within the range limits. This unit is replacing another brand that degraded over five years and no longer put out sufficient heat. Perhaps this one will last a little longer. There is one cosmetic feature that bugs me. The fake flames look really fake. The red flames are especially annoying. I usually run this on a dim setting where it is not quite as jarring. Some of the other reviews have photos or videos so you can judge for yourself whether this will bother you. But the good heat and features, especially flexible control through the phone app, make up for the fake looking flames.

Can also be ran by app anyone in the home can download onto their phone or smart device. Super quiet. Perfect size for my 2k sq ft home. Awesome functionality with numerous color settings and heat settings. Fantastic buy and excellent quality. Super sleek and modern looking. Couldn't be happier.

Purchased for a renovation. Beautiful piece. It has many colors to choose from and it does put out the heat. The mobile app was easy to connect once I figured out that you needed to press and hold the button on the front AFTER you power the unit off from the front. The app is easy to use, but you have to have the child lock on to power it on from the app. We unboxed it past the return window and we noticed the fan was quite loud. Loud enough to have to turn the tv volume up. I reached out to the seller for advice on the situation. They responded within a couple of hours requesting proof of purchase and a video of the described noise. I sent them the information. I do hope that the fan isn't just that loud because that would be a deal breaker for me. It's the equivalent to the sound of a box fan. I searched the reviews and can't find any mention of fan noise, so I believe maybe something got affected during shipping. 4 stars because of the noise. But it's otherwise a 5-star fireplace if the noise can be remedied and the customer service does not disappoint. I'll come back to post my resolution. After an email conversation with customer service over several days (due to time difference) they have arranged to ship me a new unit. I did originally ask if they could simply send a replacement fan part. Their response was quite prompt given our time difference. They were easy to work with, cordial and understanding of the situation. They told me to keep the defective unit. I assume it's not worth the return shipping cost. I'll check back in once the unit is received. 5 days. I do hope that this new unit does not sound like box fan on high.

As described. Nice construction for the price. Easy set up. Relatively long cord. Quite when heat is running and can also opt-out of heat and just run the flame for ambiance. Really cute design, from the design on the door, the metal handle, and legs. Not too heavy. We actually placed this into a non-efficient fire place opening. This fits perfectly and adds a nice touch of ambiance and throws enough heat to warm up the living room at our lakeside cottage. It's adorable and well worth the price.

This is perfect for our master bedroom. When the heater is on, it's very quiet and we hung it below our TV and have no problem since the heat comes out the front and not the top. I like the fact that you can turn it on with or without the heat. Makes a very cozy ambiance in our bedroom.
