It took some time but I have seen some amazing results!!!!!! I had no real knowledge of the Flash and Go, but my wife purchased it and I tried it on my upper arms.     • Cant figure out whats wrong.
Everytime i plug it in its a gamble whether it will work. I plug in turn on press the button hold it against the skin and... nothing. After a few seconds it shuts down and the first 3 lights start flashing green. I dont get it. The whole time the device is on it wont light up at all. I have gotten it to work a few times but i have no clue what im doing wrong or what i did differently to get it to turn on. Its confusing, frustrating, and complicated. Either its defective or im just not getting it. They say to hold the button down but never say for how long. When it actually works i dont have to keep the button held at all. I just have to press the button a few times until the intensity is right for me. ... show more

I followed the directions to a T, so hopeful that other reviews were true. But I was let down, again, and the annoying part is the return/refund timeframe takes place before the 8-10 week process even wraps, so it's as if you're between a rock and a hard place: return it before the directions even say "final results" are visible, or keep going in a futile effort for hair-free underarms peach fuzz.     • Not good for thick hear
So I used this for 52 weeks and I have very little results. I always had it set at max, I would always do three button presses on the same spot and I always did it on the same day of each week. In the end, I showed very little results. I would avoid this product if you do have thick hair.
