The finished product is absolutely beautiful. Hands-down. However, the cost of installation was more than twice the cost of the product. In addition, we had to put on the strings with the crystals, not the installation people, they did the ceiling and attic mount, which requires a bracket to hold at least 70 pounds which is the weight of the chandelier. To install the strings with the crystals it took no less than seven hours. This was two individuals working together on the scaffold to do the crystals. Overall, I do recommend this product, I would have given it five stars had the installation not taken so long overall. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We picked this chandelier for our rather high ceilings to showcase a very modern home renovation that we just completed. We couldn't be more happier with the end results -- the chandelier is a centerpiece and makes people stop and ask us questions about it - just beautiful. The video I have posted is of every other light in the house off and only the chandelier on - so it is very bright! Be ready for a somewhat complicated install : We had some of the many strands knotted up and some crystal pieces missing - the customer service for Siljoy was very responsive + my contractor was able to unravel some of the strings (they are delicate) -- also there are extra crystals -- we thought some of our smaller balls were missing crystals but the contractor was able to find the extra crystals -- and you can see the end result -- just gorgeous. The install took an experienced electrician about 10 hours with a super high ladder. We couldn't be more happy with the end result and are in love with our new chandelier. As soon as we ordered ,we received it within a week.As we are clumsy so we could not able to install it by ourselves. We called someone to put it.It cost us $950 for installation. Everyone loves it. I spend another 600$ to rent the scaffolding and safety belts. Took almost whole day. There is a technique to prevent the wires from getting tangled.

Bad product bad seller never responded Its not safe to install those at ur house its not a UL certificate, if a fire was caused by this product insurance company will not covered I know that after all 13 light wire was melted due to bad design It cost me 600$ to install and another 150$ to remove Save ur self the trouble and only buy UL certified products This should flagged as hazardous products ... show more

Overall, light fixtures is gorgeous and very happy with it. It took roughly about 10-14 with 2 people who never done this before. That was me and my neighbor. Very very meticulous job and if you hire an electrician, be sure they are very patient and read instructions carefully. And we used a scaffold from home depot retail department. Helpful tip for those DIY-ers do not open all the packages, only open what you will install and go section by section. And use the white gloves they give you. ... show more

Definitely the best looking chandelier on the market for the price. Installation is intimidating but the results are amazing. Each crystal ball must be carefully hung in the correct location while not disturbing adjacent strings. If the strings begin to swing and twist, you will have a tangled nightmare. I installed mine in a twenty-four foot foyer using a nineteen inch scissor lift. I can't imagine installing this chandelier using a ladder but scaffolding should work. I would not advise attempting to install the chandelier-bracket using the included hardware because it attaches to the ceiling sheet rock which will not support the weight. I mounted my bracket into 2X4 studs. I installed mine by my self and over 3 days. However, I would estimate total install time to be about 16 hours. ... show more
