Overall it’s beautiful but it took me sooooo long to put all the crystals together and then insert them in the holes. Also I would suggest the manufacturer to change the way top crystals and holding upright. Rubbers are not holding them good and I had to fix them several times to make them stand straight. We bought 2 chandeliers in different sizes. We installed and the crystals are all crooked. The instructions are not clear with the rubber bands. I've reached out and have had no response back.
