The fit is good for our freeze drying trays but they are not as high quality as other sets we have bought. These were cheaper and we took a chance to save a little money. They function ok but they have a funky sticky texture that makes them stick together and also stick to the trays. Instead of wasting parchment paper & sizing it up I found these do a wonderful job! So easy to use & clean! These fit my large Freeze Dryer trays ( a pack of 5)! However I will say I've had to send back some because I couldn't get them apart when they arrived.
