The sheets don’t stick well and keep falling off, especially when I move. What should I do? Clean & dry scar area first (no lotion/oil). Avoid stretching sheet. Press firmly for 15 sec. Our medical-grade silicone sticks well on clean skin. Stays on during daily activities. If issues persist, send a message for replacement or refund. Can these silicone scar sheets be reused? How long does one sheet last? Yes, reusable. Wash daily with mild soap & water. For hygiene, replace every 7 days even if still sticky. Adhesion may last up to 2-4 weeks, but we recommend changing at 7 days for skin safety. Do these scar sheets protect scars from UV / sunlight? Yes, they block harmful UVA/UVB rays to prevent darkening. Not a sunscreen replacement for surrounding skin. Wear under clothing or use sunscreen on exposed areas. Great for newer scars to avoid hyperpigmentation. The sheets don't stick well, even after I clean properly. Is this a quality issue? Yes, it could be a quality issue. We cannot ensure 100% perfection. Very occasionally, an individual sheet may have weak adhesive. First day, so far so good. I loved that this was not precut and it came in a roll form. Since I have several different size scars I want to treat, this is perfect. Application was straight forward and not complicated. The adhesive was great. It sticks well enough to last all day but the best part was that I didn’t have problems or pain removing it from my skin. It left no residue really so easy to clean the skin area after. Also very comfortable and better than the bandaid I was wearing to shield it from the sun. I have not had any allergic reaction so far. A scar is a scar, and while this won’t make it disappear, it definitely helps reduce its appearance. I bought this and ScarAway for a 1-inch scar on my cheek. Both improve the look of the scar and can be cut to size, but this product wins hands down on durability. It stays put through oily skin, hikes, workouts, and even water. My 3-year-old son injured his fingers from a treadmill burn and has been receiving treatment for over a month. Once his wounds healed enough for scar care, we started using these silicone scar sheets to help with the scarring. The tape is soft, flexible, and easy to cut into smaller pieces, which is especially helpful for little fingers. It stays on pretty well and doesn’t seem to bother him much while wearing it. I also like that the silicone feels gentle on his new skin. It’s still too early for us to know the final result since scar healing takes time, but so far we’ve been very happy with the product and plan to continue using it as his scars heal. I've been using these silicone scar sheets on my C-section scar and have seen a great improvement — the scar looks noticeably better since I started. I'm about 3 months post-op now, and while there's still some occasional swelling around the incision, the sheets have really helped with the overall healing and appearance. The only downside is that it feels a bit itchy sometimes, but it's not unbearable and definitely doesn't outweigh the results.
