The face cover was a tough to install. The thumb stick covers come off a bit easily. Other than those two things everything feels good and the hand straps feel the best the quality is pretty great and doesn’t feel too cheap.

The media could not be loaded. I think this product is actually great with a few minor issues. The color is not white it’s more like a very light grey and it makes it looks dirty. Also the design shown on the front of the shell is not there, which really wasn’t a problem for me, but might be for someone else. The light blocking face thing doesn’t really block much light or maybe I just have a really small nose, lol. Next, I use a charging stand and it doesn’t work with it. So to the reason I gave it 4 stars is because I think it’s actually a great product and I only felt comfortable dinging it for those things that were stated in the description and pictures.
