When I first received this product I loved it. I got to use it for about a month, then I had to focus on adulting for a bit and when I came back to use my quest 2. I loaded up started playing an out of no where my right hands knuckle strap broke and of course out of it all I get a month of use and then I can’t do anything with it because I didn’t get the warranty because I didn’t think it would be necessary. So my advice get the warranty even if you don’t plan on using it very often. If anyone know of where I can just buy the knuckle stamps without everything else please let me know. So the company reached out to me within a couple days of sending this review and are sending me a new set of knuckle strap. They were super nice about it and I’m so excited for them to get here. ... show more

The seller is responsive and offered me a full refund. I broke my wrist strap by not having a firm grip on the controller. But isn't that the point of a wrist strap, to catch when you don't have a firm grip on the controller? I don't like these types of straps, not just the ones sold by this seller, but the silicon straps sold by almost everyone. I have switched to a different type of wrist strap. When playing Beat Saber you should use your wrists for better scores (it's about the length of your swing and it's easier to get a full swing in if you use your wrists). If you do this, you must also have a good grip on the controller, otherwise you can flip your wrist and this wrist strap can break. You won't throw the controller, which is good, but then you'll need to buy another wrist strap, which is bad! The silicon straps stretch over time, giving a poor grip, the hand slips, leading to the breakage above. ... show more
