My husband and I used the first edition of the Silhouette Cameo from 2013 to 2019 and it never failed us until recently when my husband did the latest update on his computer and the machine would no longer connect to his computer. We decided to go ahead and upgrade to the Cameo 4 and purchased this bundle. The Cameo 4 is amazing and all the materials that come in this bundle are quality! The only complaint I have is about the bluetooth connection functionality of the machine. Originally we couldn't get the bluetooth to work at all but after searching around the internet, found that a software update needed to be done (strange since we literally just installed the software). After the update, we were able to connect via bluetooth but only for a short while before it stopped working again. There doesn't appear to be any other updates to be done and there isn't much info online about how to remedy the sitiation. We are pretty bummed about it since the bluetooth connection was one of the features we were most excited about. But nonetheless, we can still connect using the included usb cord and as long as we are able to use this machine, we are happy. ... show more
