I love everything this machine can do but there is a slight learning curve to it and the best way to go about it is trial and error. I'm glad I got the bundle that came with vinyl because you will use a lot trying to figure things out. Make sure to watch tips and tricks videos online to make it easier. Set up was easy. Was packaged very well, lots of tape to find. Love the sketch pens that came with it. The transfer paper could be better but it works. I would have liked more of a booklet with it but I can find most instructions online. There is a lot of information kind of thrown at you so pay attention. This machine will do amazing things once you figure out how to tell it to. Very happy with this purchase and I hope it will improve my business sales.

***Update** We have cut about 20 small design's off HTV... On the autoblade... It worked so well at first and now it won't even cut at all.. I bought ours first week of Dec 2019... Haven't had it a month and it already isn't working properly.. I've youtubed and googled every possibility as to who and nothing I've done has fixed it.. Only option is to replace new blade.. *** I changed the 3 star to 5 star... I unplugged the machine all night, I rechecked the auto blade.. boom, worked every since!

so i bought a cameo 4 a week earlier and it was a dude. i needed it ASAP and found this seller with a vinyl deal which was great but for me unneeded for what i do with it. None the less i bought it. let me tell you THEY ROCK. not only did the machine come with a TON OF STUFF but alos the best thing was the instruction sheet the seller included. if i could do it all over again id start with them!!! Finally, finally got the machine! Arrived here in one piece with everything that had to come with it as part of the bundle. Now setting it up to do a test print. Will update review after set up and cut. Three stars for now as I've not used it as yet. Updated to five stars! Created a file in Illustrator and five minutes later, I'm cutting. This machine is awesome. It's extremely easy to use (I saw a lot of people complaining, saying not to buy it because it's hard to understand) once you go into it with the understanding that it's not an HP printer and it'll need a bit more effort to get going. It's like people who go from a point and shoot to a DSLR and get frustrated. It's a different level, you're going to have to adjust slightly. There are minimal buttons which are touch and I've not had a reason to reach out for tech support so far.

I am loving my new Cameo 4. I will be honest- there have been a few temporary glitches since it is brand new technology, but they are figuring them out quickly and adapting the software etc. I have really had a pretty smooth experience so far. I am most excited about about the meatless yardstick printing, but also looking forward to the trying out the new rotary blade and the new materials I will be able to cut.

I am so happy I got the bundle, instead of just the Silhouette alone. The difference is worth it, specially for beginners. I'm just getting started in the arts and craft world and I am very happy with my purchase, rated 4* only because the transfer sheets that comes with it are not the best quality, I was having challenges transfering my project and as soon as I tried a new transfering paper it was like magic...as mentioned earlier if you are starting and need some material to practice, this bundle is perfect but once you get the hang of it you realize that the materials included are not the best qualitty. Love my Silhouette, the mat and all the add ons.

I was in love with this product but after having it for 4 months it has completely stopped working. Will not power on at all. And to reach any kind of support to troubleshoot has been a nightmare. The only way to contact is through email. Then you May get a reply 3 hrs later. You instantly reply to that and now I'm into day 2 with nothing. I have things I was making and am stopped right in the middle for how long??

I have been very pleased with the silhouette cameo 4. It makes a weird sound when cutting but it’s fast and precise! I have had a Cricut Expression since they came out, 13-15 years ago and it was definitely time for an upgrade!
