I have been wanting to up grade my Cameo 2 when I found this deal for a “renewed” Cameo 4. I received it super quick and would have never known it wasn’t a brand new machine. Came in its box with all the listed accept. I hooked it up and was cutting away in no time. CAMEO 3 is hands down my favorite i love that machine and yes it was my first but it is simply amazing! Im starting to grow fond of the 4 ,but to me it seems to be a little louder than the three and alil more complicated to hook up but other than that I'm sure with a little more time I will have the same feelings for the Cameo four as I do for the three!!!!!!!!!!!!! ... show more

Absolutely love the silhouette 4. Unfortunately did not come with any instructions to set up. Found some through YouTube. Other than that it's a great machine. Can do so much with it. Have not gone a day with out usingnit since it arrived.

It randomly just stops cutting. I bought this for a small business and it has caused endless frustration! Unhappy customers! Wasted time! Stress!!!! DO NOT BUY! -I have methodically followed the directions. -I have written down the settings for projects when the machine works -- but using the same exact settings and material it will suddenly NOT CUT. So my book of careful notes was a waste of my time. -I have wasted hundreds of dollars on material now. -There is no customer support and no good online training!
