When I first took this pillow out of the box I was disappointed. It was flatter than I anticipated and felt too firm. But I thought I’d give it a try for one night and could send it back. (I kept the packaging materials.). Surprise! It was fine. Even better than fine. So I gave it another night. Then another. And I’ve decided it’s probably the best latex pillow I’ve ever had. Not fluffy. But perfectly comfortable no matter how I move around or jerk the pillow around. Hope it lasts forever, and at that price it should!

This is by far the best pillow I haveever tried. With my other pillows, I always wake up with neck and shoulder pain. This one is the perfect blend of soft and support. It stays cool so I don’t need to constantly flip over to the cool side, also It doesn't loose its shape or go flat, i don't have to constantly fluff it back up. Totally worth it!

I've tried *so many* pillows recently. I'm a combo sleeper who likes all sleeping positions nearly equally, so finding a pillow that actually works for all positions has been really difficult. Also, I'm probably more lightweight/smaller-framed than average, so that means that higher loft pillows (even if they're soft) and pillows that are relatively firm don't work for me. However, because I don't always sleep on my stomach, I need a pillow with at least some support so my head and neck feel good while on my back or side. I've now tried both cheap + expensive shredded memory foam pillows, cheap + expensive down alternative pillows (including the Casper original pillow, the Sleepnumber plushcomfort pillow ultimate, and the SIJO FluffBase pillow), and the Tempurpedic Cloud memory foam pillow, all of which are marketed for combination sleepers like me. This pillow blows all of those pillows out of the water. It's actually a fairly low-loft pillow, and I LOVE the feel of latex—how your head feels buoyed. However, although this pillow is definitely my #2 of all of the pillows I've tried, I've been trying it at the same time as the Saatva latex pillow, and I'm starting to like the Saatva pillow better. I really didn't want to have to buy such an expensive pillow, but it is the comfiest pillow I've ever tried. This SIJO one is a close second, though, and if you can get it on sale it can be at least $50 cheaper. I would highly recommend it for people who really want a "medium" pillow (medium loft, medium softness, medium support, for all sleeping positons). And it is very cooling.

I ordered and received one of these pillows last February. It is a very soft pillow and has a decent level of loft to it. I also found it to be cooler than the other brand latex pillows we've had over the years. My wife decided she wanted to try it and asked if she could keep it. Sure, I'll just order another I said. I placed the order and received the new one in April. Upon arrival I found it to be substantially flatter than the first pillow, with very little loft. I tried it for a couple of nights and had terrible sleep, with neck aches. I returned it for a replacement, which I received a week later. Welp, the replacement was just as bad as the one I just sent back. I tried this one for 4 nights, thinking I could get used to it. Nope, it wasn't cutting it and gave me the same neck aches. My wife relinquished the original pillow back to me and I returned this replacement pillow for a refund. My point is, there seems to be inconsistency in the manufacture from pillow to pillow. The pillow on the right (in the pic) is the first one we got in Feb and is clearly more full, loftier and comfortable. The one on the left is the replacement received last week, which is bout a third lower, with less loft and was not comfy at all. I gave the overall rating 4 stars, based upon my experience & like with the first pillow. The other two returned pillows warrant 2 stars at best.

I liked the pillow cover very nice quality. But the pillow itself was just too soft. I would not even call it medium it is fluffy but bottom line it is a soft pillow. At this price I will have to return it. Must keep looking for a “firm” latex pillow.
