The media could not be loaded. Does anyone have any advice on why this device will not work? I pulled the tube out and blew through it and cleaned it and after figuring it may be clogged or something. Unplugged it for awhile and conducted the factory reset. The device is still not working and it was fantastic, however, I read reviews were others have stopped working. Amazon should address this issue and replace those like mine who have had it less than six months and I’ve kept it in good condition. Also, the customer service for signature sense is terrible. I really don’t wanna pay 200 more dollars for something that only works six months and I’ve only ran, two or three diffusers out of it. I’m confused and I hope the manufacturer Amazon rectifies this issue because this is completely unacceptable especially for a company in the size of Amazon to sell expensive merchandise and it has zero longevity. I expected this thing to at least work 18 to 24 months to where I’d get my money back out of it $10 a month after spending $199 plus tax. If anyone has any suggestions I’m open because I was looking at purchasing another one for the master bedroom and potentially one upstairs for the game room instead of just the living room however now I’m apprehensive about purchasing anything per manufacturer. I’ve been loving this machine! The machine fits perfect with my home, it’s sleek and looks really good. I bought The Penthouse scent with the machine and it smells amazing! I also received samples and the scents smell so good. I keep it on the continuous setting and it makes my entire house smell good all day long. I purchased 2 of them at $ 400 total in December 2023 and I did not purchase the warranty my stupidity, I also purchased there scents that are like $56.00 dollars a bottle of course I spent over S400 dollars in scents only for the unit to stop working after a month, I tried cleaning replacing the atomizer that came with the unit it still does not work I’m so upset I could cry.. I purchased Another unit from a different company and it to is trash.. I have come to realize it’s not the unit we are looking for it’s the scent so I am going to use my reliable water diffuser and add a couple teaspoons of the scent tea tree oil is a gorgeous smell and I know for a fact it did work.. I actually really like the product. It has great smell and you can adjust the potency of whatever scent you choose. One day it stopped working. Not sure why. Maybe it's clogged but I tried cleaning it out and it didn't work. That is my only negative review on the product. Considering how much it costs I hope the manufacture can help me resolve this issue.
