I use these kettlebells for tibia raises and toe raises. I slip the front of my toes through the handle, different weights for varying intensities, and they work perfectly. Better than buying those boots or straps you see elsewhere as these sit on the front of the toe and not the heel. If you are looking for a kettlebell to toss around and abuse these may not be for you as these are made of plastic and filled with sand... a good few drops from about 5 feet will definitely crack the plastic. ... show more

This set is great as a starting set. The price is great. The handles are big so enough room to grab them. Only issue was that when weighted they were actually off by a few grams. Either above or below what they are supposed to be. Nothing crazy tho.

I bought it as a Christmas gift so I didn’t think to look in the box until December. One of them is broken and taped up, sand is spilling out of 3 of them, one doesn’t have a label of the weight on them, and two of them the label is basically halfway off. Def would not recommend getting this set. If you can buy somewhere else ... show more

These are a good size. I am only giving 3 stars because the packaging to get these was pretty pathetic. I had to order 3 times to get them because 1st they got lost and the 2nd time the box was so thin one was missing and the box was opened. The actual weights are what I expected. The quality is what I paid for. They are easy to grip and hold. The appearance is plain .. just black with colored stickers to identify weight. They are what I expected and will be useful for what i need them. ... show more

After using dumbbells for the longest time I decided to buy this kettlebell set. WONDERFUL addition to my workout equipment collection. But I have to honestly say the weight shown on the kettlebells are incorrect. I put them on a scale and found out: The "20lbs" kettlebell is actually 19.1lbs, the "15lbs" kettlebell is actually 14.7 lbs, and the "10lbs" kettlebell is actually 9.5lbs. Not really a big deal....but a bit deceptive if you not getting the weight denomination you are PAYING for. Hopefully this is only an isolated issue affecting ONLY my set and not everyone else's. Otherwise, I actually enjoy using them in my strength training workout!! ... show more
