Was $100 less than the Total Gym Apex, and was skeptical when the shipping said only 2lb.(typo probably) but anyway, it works as well as the Total gym Apex models I have used in the past and is remarkably similar. The directions were a bit vague on assembly, but with a bit of common sense and about 1/2 hour I had it put together and working flawlessly. Came with extra tension bands and an ankle attachment as well to use with the machine. All in all, I would give this machine a 5star rating. Works well, as I use it now 5 days a week and no issues. I do wish it came with a workout poster like other machines, which would have been helpful, but you can watch Total Gym vids on YouTube and get workout ideas from there as it is basically the same machine as the TG Apex g1. Only thing I can see wearing out would be the rollers on the bottom of the slide table at some point, hope this seller will have them for sale for replacement when they are needed in distant future. ... show more

Parts look to be good quality. Unfortunately there was no hardware sent with the equipment so I am not able to put it together yet. Amazon helped with partial refund so I can purchase hardware locally. The instructions are not very helpful, this may be an issue for some when I comes to putting this together. Contacted company and waiting to hear back. If they are able to send hardware I will update. ... show more

    • Great equipment but....
I love this thing already! It's strong and sturdy. Easy to use. I gave it 4 stars because it was a bit confusing to assemble and was missing some hardware. Lucky thing I had some spare hardware I had saved up for times like these that fit. 👍 it works just like a total gym but way cheaper, which is a win-win. I took a screenshot of the finished equipment on here and used it as reference for assembling. The longer bolts go in the center of frame and the others are used for the front of and glide-board. If that helps and looking at the instructions as well for the handle bars and stuff. I had to use the pins in the middle of frame which is weird but I guess it functions as a way to fold up the equipment for storage. I'm so ready to use this daily to get in shape. I bought the "M700" model during Prime Days. It took 10 days to arrive. When it arrived, the bottom end of the package was broken open. I went to assemble the machine, and most of the hardware was missing. Did the hardware fall out or was it missed in the first place when packaged? I think it wasn't added in the forst place. I scrounged around for hardware in my garage, but I didn't have any metric sized bolts or nuts. I contacted "support" via email listed on the poorly written instruction manual, and got no response after a day. I ended up going to the hardware store and buying what I needed. I made it work. Typical Made in China quality control and support. It is frustrating to assemble, and forget the wrenches that come with it, get yourself a 14mm and 17mm wrench and socket, assembly goes much faster that way. The frustration is made even worse when most of the hardware is missing and there is no company support. Not worth the hassle or taking a chance. Other reviews mentioned the same thing about missing parts and pieces, you'd be better off finding another make and model and not hassling with it. It does work once assembled, but getting to the "assembled stage" is the problem. ... show more

    • Poor assembly instructions, missing part, incorrect mounting problems
The product seems well designed and engineered. But, the assembly instructions are very sketchy and parts in very fine print. One of 3 bolt holes in the footrest was driller in an incorrect position. The receiving tubes for the footrest are welded just enough too far apart for the footrest supports to fit into them. One foot strap was not included with the kit. I worked through these items and managed to assemble the equipment. There are no instructions on how to use the device or utilize the additional bands. Also, when I emailed product supplier, the response told me to contact Amazon for relief for missing items or to return the equipment. I did not want to return the item but will use it. The instruction on use can be deduced from a video on the Amazon site but it would be much better if the instructions were in printed form. ... show more

    • All of the parts/ nuts and bolts are missing
Please send all nuts and bolts the needed to put it together. There are no real instruction on how to put this together. [ do want to keep it and put it to use, so if their is something that can be done to help me with this please do so. Thank you!

Still a good purchase overall but please be sure to send all parts and better instructions and maybe a YouTube tutorial as well because I can barley read I’m literally confused on what goes where and this lil booklet ain’t no help at all thanks
