This is a nice pull out gym. It can collapse and fit pretty flush against the wall. This works great in my garage. I normally have lots of stuff in there and being able to collapse does come in handy when new loads of my wife's goods come in. I really like the 3-in thickness of the supporting bar. Some of these units are 2 or 2 and 1/2 in and look a bit flimsy. This is very sturdy and I have much confidence in how sturdy it is. This is an excellent gym for the money. It was easy to assemble and also easy to use whenever I need it.

I am very impressed with the quality of the Signature Fitness power rack. All the hardware to install it is enclosed, so no need to take a side trip to the hardware store. Both lag screws for stud mounting and concrete anchors for attaching to cement or block walls are included. I assembled my unit and lifted it against the wall to mark the holes, making sure everything was level. I shimmed under the legs with some thick cardboard while installing to make sure that there would be clearance to swing it closed, and was glad I did. The rack is extremely solid when installed, and on my install the legs maintain contact with the floor for the whole arc of travel from open to closed. It does weigh about 150 lbs, though I installed mine myself. The last few years of bodybuilding paid off on this one !

Unit was delivered quickly and unlike other reviews, was packaged nicely. It arrived with no damage and all necessary components. Starting with the negative: the instructions are horrible. The various nuts and bolts aren’t labeled at all so taking a full inventory and counting piece by piece to know which part is which is the only way to do this. The QR code provided in the “instruction manual” takes you to an under construction page. Looking at the YouTube account for Signature Fitness gives you nothing related to this rack. I ended up watching a few videos of similar racks to get a general idea on the best way to install it. And some of the holes for the J hooks were too small. Had to round the holes out with a file to get the hooks in place. Pros: it’s actually a really nice rack. Folds up quickly so my wife can still get in the garage when she wants to. Feels very sturdy when set up and working out.

Pros - Great price, which allowed me to spend money on other nice things like a really nice bar and plate set. - Feels solid, it does all the things I need it to do - It is a lot thinner than other racks even when folded out. - The sidebars have a nice numbering system on them (make sure to install there facing out). Cons - Instructions are trash. Like complete trash, not helpful at all. It took me like 5 hrs to figure it out, YouTubing similar racks helps, but still. - Parts are not label. There are some bolts that are just slightly longer, which are important, but since there are not labeled you won’t realize this until you’re into it. - It came damaged. Now normally I would say that isn’t the company’s fault, but in this case, they very poorly wrapped a 80lb hunk of metal for shipping. It was only wrapped in one layer of cardboard + tape, so of course it is going to get thrashed. In this, we also lost one of the caps that goes on top of the legs - Silver hardware. They would look SO much cooler if the hardware was powder coated black… I literally might spray paint the bolts. - the pull-up bar bows. I am only 140lbs and the pull-up bar has a slight bow when I use it. Completely usable and no worries if it breaking, but it is there. Neutrals - height of the rack. This rack is short, BUT it is the only rack I could find that fit under my garage door track, so a positive for me but probably a con for others. You cannot do pull ups, TTB, etc without bending your knees. - J-Hooks. They are Narrow, so there isn’t a large margin for error when racking your bar, but they are plastic coated to protect your bar. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase. I would rather spend $350 with some of these cons than $1,000— plus this was the only rack short enough for my garage

This rack seemed like solid design, but signature fitness doesn't care about their product or their customers. The first one of these racks I ordered never showed up. Amazon refunded me and I ordered a second. The second rack arrived with several gaping holes in the box. Turns out 30% of my parts were missing. The packaging was non-existent. It was literally a cardboard box filled with 80 lbs of loose steel parts. No wonder the box was destroyed. Again, Amazon rescued me by providing a refund and also didn't make me return the parts since the box they arrived in was useless. I have reached out to signature fitness customer service multiple times to explain my situation and try to buy the parts that I am missing but they refuse to sell me the missing parts. What am I supposed to do with 70% of a perfectly good rack??? If signature fitness doesn't improve their packaging they won't be in business for long. I'm really disappointed.

Very happy with my purchase, compared to anything on the market for a 3x3” rack this is the best value on the market. PROS: -Included stringers make installation easy regardless of stud location -Heavy duty 3x3” and 5/8” holes make it sturdy and compatible with many attachment -Height of the rack allowed it to fit under some HVAC, and I am 6’ tall and pull ups still work but the bar is about head height when standing -magnetized pins were a nice touch for locking the rack in position CONS -Installation instructions are a bit confusing and need some math to figure out height of the stringers. There was a QR code for instructions but the link is dead -as the rack folds in and out there is some friction caused by rotating on the threads of a bolt, would have been better to have a bushing. I plan on lubricating to help -no pin for locking the pull up bar, I wouldn’t say it’s required to use but would have been good to include -j cups are a little shallow, haven’t had any issue but was used to deeper ones Overall very happy with the rack, looking forward to adding some accessories and increasing its utility.

Materials are very heavy duty. However the instructions aren’t helpful at all. Pretty much had to figure it out on my own. Also paint or powder coating on materials made it so that the j hooks wouldn’t go into the posts. Had to sand down the holes and the rods do them ti fit. Additionally the rack is very short, not ideal for taller people. Would pay more money and buy better brand next time but I’m stuck with this for now.

Simply put, it's a nice unit but arrived missing at least a box of the intended hardware. Mine was missing all of the mounting hardware and the safety pins noted in the parts list of the manual. The company does not provide a number to contact them instead directing you via qr code to a website where you can submit a request for contact. I'm 5 days into attempting contact with them and my only response was "what was your purchase date?"- which I responded to in moments and haven't heard anything since. I just don't have the extra time it appears to take to work issues out with them. Frustrating. Especially because it appears they have a good product on their hands otherwise. I may adjust the stars as the resolution plays out but as of now I went and purchased my own safety pins and mounting hardware. An extra 50 some dollars worth of stuff that should not have had to be spent.
